Sick and Tired of Server Errors!

Dear people at The Knot:

It is frustrating and kind of ridiculous that we are still having so many errors on this board.  I think I will go nuts if I see one more Server Error code come up when I click on a message.  I can promise you that all these errors are a big reason why the boards have become slower with far fewer posts.  It is a painstaking process just to respond to one persons question.

You have a massive website.  Did you not think out all the server/ storage issues before switching over to this new format?  Having some bugs is to be expected.  But the amount of server issues and the loadtime on this website now is just unreal.

I hope you get this resolved soon.  Otherwise, we might just turn to our NC knottie facebook group and avoid this website altogether.

PS - and why is the community tab gone from the main homepage now?  That's just silly.  Are you trying to drive people away from your boards?

To add one more complaint - when I click "collapse" on the silly tv thing, it takes about 4 clicks before it collapses and stays that way without reloading the page!

I Totally agree!! I HATE THIS SOOO MUCH! I have such a hard time finding things and the load times/error messages have MAJORLY cut down on the amount of time I spend on here! I bet their overall traffic numbers are way down after the change to this format. It's so irritating!!

Ps, instead of the "community" tab, they created a "chat" link alllll the way to the right. Click that or go to forums.theknot.com to find the message boards.

I seriously think theknot could care less about its users.  I emailed them awhile back about a bug on the site and their "contact us" email address doesn't even bother to send you back an automatic "hey we got your email! kthx!"  And of course I never heard back from them either.l

let me just add.....i am sick of typing a post and hitting the post button and the stupid error pops up and you have to retype the entire post over....this is about to make me hit the "X" button and not bother at all!! EERRRRR UGH!
