Rehearsal Dinner in Morris County

Hey all, 

I'm looking for a good recommendation for a rehearsal dinner in Morris County.  FMIL hasn't given us a budget but I dont want it to be too formal because we will have some kids (FI's Brother has 3 kids).  I was thinking Italian.

    Hey Pburke2010 !

    I would check out:

    Top choice - Bona Vita Osteria, Summit - BYOB.  We had our engagement party there and the food was so great and the space is really cute.  My fiance and I have eaten there other times too and the food is always good.

    Serenade, Chatham - We had my sister's bridal shower here a few years ago and it was a nice venue.... but I don't exactly remember the type of food they serve.

    Provesi, Morristown - BYOB Italian.  We eat here on the regular... I have never been to a party there, but I bet it would be good.

    We had ours at Scerbos' formerly the Canal House in Wharton.  If you have a big party you can have a private room downstairs. For a smaller group you can be in the glass room by the bar.
