Wedding music

Hi, I'm getting married in northern NJ and I'm researching wedding entertainment.  We are having approximately 150 guests at the wedding, and thinking that a 5-6 person band would be perfect.  I would like a band that plays mostly classic rock but also some modern music (i.e. rihanna, justin timberlake), and more poppy rock ( i.e. bon jovi).  Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks so much!!

We used Soul Revival and they were amazing!  They play lots of music (pretty much everything you mentioned) and sounded great.  I highly recommend them!!  Their website is:  www.soulrevivalband.com

We had the Jason Craig band at our wedding and they did exactly that. They were great!

8-10 members is pretty standard for a band

    Guitar 1
    Bass
    Drums
    Keyboards
    Singer 1
Singer 2 (sometimes also guitar 2)
    3 piece brass section

IMO a wedding band sounds "flat" without a brass section.  What is your budget?  We used smokin section, 10 pieces for around 6K.  They offer live showcases in a private studio so you can hear them before booking.

Craig Scott Entertainment has a few bands at different price points.  We are using Phase One.
