What was your something borrowed?

I have blue (NY Giants garter), new (jewlery) and old (grandmother's button) but no blue. What was/is your something blue? Any suggestions would be great!

My something borrowed is a busta (pronounced boo-sta) bag (or money bag) from a family friend. She used it for her wedding and offered it to us. Its an Italian tradition to have a silk bag to collect the cards.

my old and borrowed were the same thing....my sister had used a hankey that was my grandmother's, and had it pinned in her dress....and she still had it, so she let me use it, so i borrowed it from my sister who borrowed it from my grandmother i guess, and it's old...
my blue was my underwear (i had picked up the iron on rhinestone transfers from michaels, one that said "i do" and put that on them) and my new was pretty much everything else i had on that day, dress, jewelry, shoes

my sister kind of did this...she didn't have anything borrowed for her wedding (she used the hankie as her old) so my mom "bought" my sister's earrings she had planned to wear that day so my sister could borrow them

I tried for the longest time to borrow a cousins veil but I guess most of them had ivory or didn't preserve well. 2 days before the wedding I borrowed a cousin's necklace instead bc I couldn't find one I liked.

Old: My Grandmother's Wedding Band, I had it resized to fit my right hand middle finger

New: My Dresses

Borrowed: I plan on borrowing a bracelet from my Aunt, she told me "Don't worry I have a ton of Bling" She is funny like that.

Blue: Aquamarine Earrings, my birthstone.

I am borrowing a bracelet because it is the only thing that I am not wearing.

Old: Probably my grandmother's pearls
New: Dress/shoes/etc.
Borrowed: Probably a pair of FMIL's pearl earrings to match the necklace
Blue: Not sure yet, I'm thinking I'll get a Phillies garter and make sure it has blue in it. :P (FI is vehemently against this idea, as is my mother.)

I got mine from Ebay. The sellers name was wedset and it came super fast.

I didn't have a borrowed and when I told my college friend this she gave me a hair pin and put it in my hair. Lame. haha

Mine is going to be some jewelry.  A wonderful diamond cluster that was a ring my grandmother owned that I had reset as a necklace.
