NWR: Etsy Shoppers

So I use to have a shop on Etsy and I am thinking of starting it up again, just to have a creative outlet and maybe make a few dollars in the process.  I am thinking of making a Christmas section, with decorations and Christmas cards and what not.  I have two questions 1) Do you shop on etsy for things other than wedding stuff? and 2) any suggestions on things I should sell? Any feedback would be great and would really help me out.

I would shop for things besides wedding items if I needed something.

I am not sure what you are good at, but I always like ornaments that are personalized.

I would shop on etsy for other things if necessary. As far as Christmas items, ornaments, cards, decorations that could be used or given as presents are the things that come to mind first.

I could certainly do a personalized ornament posting, great Idea.

Oh and maybe I could offer a wrapping service, if people want to have it shipped directly to someone else as a present.

    Thanks girls, good ideas!

i think something fun would be x mas cards that people send out w pic's of their family. somethign diff than what youd' get at kodak gallery etc... \
personalized stockings, stocking holders, stars for the tree. anything different/personalized that you coudltn get at the xmas tree store or michaels.
    good luck!  sounds like fun!!!

I like Etsy for lots of things.  I would think personalized Christmas stockings might be nice (that was my big Etsy Christmas purchase last year -- personalized stockings for my kittens, because I'm that kind of cat person)... personalized Christmas tree skirts, gift tags, cards, wrapping paper, calendars... But what type of work do you do?

I just srated shopping on etsy for the wedding but now I've become addicted. I've bought some jewelry and children's stuff from etsy.  I like the Christmas idea and Uppereast's suggestions for items.  I would buy personalized christmas cards, stockings, tree skirt ... great ideas.

I use etsy all the time - jewelry, vinyl wall stickers, personalized stuff, ornaments, etc.

Christmas ornaments would probably be a big hit. Off the top of my head I can think of 3 ornaments I have purchased from etsy.
