Jeanine Mangan vs. Gina Brozon

Tough to decide between the two for makeup. Both have excellent reviews. Can anyone help me choose?

I really really wanted Gina ~ but she was booked on my day.
I have never heard of the other person.

How much does Gina charge for airbrush and does she have any special requirements for travel on the day of (ike a minimum)

Gina only does traditional, but I can say  that after my trial I went home and took a nap and when i woke up you would never have known it.  She has a Bride +2 minimum. I am so happy I chose her. I have a before and after pics I can send you if you would like.

I booked Gina for my wedding and I was very happy with her. She did great work and she's so nice and fun. I don't think she does airbrush but I was really happy with how the traditional makeup held up for me and my BMs all night.

Ditto PP, you just need to guarantee at least two people in addition to yourself. You can get a trial for $40 (IDK if the price is the same as when I booked her in 2009) at a salon on Montclair, if you want a test run before you book her.

I also used GIna and was VERY VERY pleased with my make-up and am SUPER picky about who does my make-up. She did a phenomenal job on the girls!

I have trials with both in the next 2 months.  Gina is doing traditional makeup for me and Jeanine is doing airbrush.  I didn't want to do two trials with two different people, but I sweat a lot and with an outdoor ceremony in the middle of July I need to figure out which will be best.

I had my trial with Gina last night, and i'm going to book her.  The price for the trial is $50 now.  I went to her house in Caldwell.

I sat around in my hot ass house (no a/c yet except for in the bedroom) for several hours after my trial, and I felt my face sweating, but the make-up still looked good.

I had my trial with Gina yesterday too, at her house in Caldwell. I was beyond thrilled to have found her!! My first 2 trials with someone else just didn't make me smile the way that Gina's makeup did.  I booked her on the spot.  As JessicaLB2 said, it's $50 for a trial.

I did trials with both and much preferred Jeanine.  I'm not knocking Gina, I just think I didn't like the traditional make-up.  It was definitely cakey, and while I think it would photograph well I just didn't want to walk around like that.  The airbrush had great coverage and a light look and feel.  I also loved what Jeanine did for my eyes.

I don't you can go wrong with either, so choose who you feel the most comfortable with or whoever gives you a better price.

Gina did my makeup for my wedding and I loved it. She is great to work with and did an amazing job on everyone.
