Are you wearing a corset or something to hold you in?  If so, how did you choose it and any recs for brands or places to purchase it?

    My dress had a corset built in.  I had a really hard time sitting with it though (Should have practiced sitting before I bought it).  I would not suggest a corset if you can wear something else.
