If you are willing to travel to Little Falls (right on Rt46) Jennifer's Nails does fantastic pink and white ... Ask for Nikki if you do go - nails always look great, she pays attention to what you want, amazing hand designs, and you are in and out in 45 mins for a full set and 30 mins for a fill in. Good luck!

Where in Bergen County are you?  I don't know about pink & white manicures specifically, but I've lived in both Oakland and Teaneck, so I can reccomend nail salons that I like in either of those areas (or the Oradell/Westwood area as well).

Little Falls isnt so far away. Oakland and Teaneck arent far either. I'm near Paramus area. Thank you everyone
