Wedding Officiant for Outside Ceremony

Hi there,

I am looking for any recommendations for a goof wedding officiant for my outside wedding in Spring Lake.  I know that a lot of people have recommended Fr. George Lucey but he is already booked for my date next summer. 
Anyone have any other recommendations besides him?  We are looking for "Catholic priest" type person even though we know true Catholic priests will not marry you outside of a church.

    I'm using Father John Michael O'Sullivan- he hasn't performed our ceremony yet, but we met with him and I loved him.

    We are using Father George Hintz...he left the priesthood to get married.  We loved hiim when we met him and has been used by three people who work in my school district.  He came highly recommended.  His number is 914-761-4227.

    Edit....
    My FI's grandmother wanted a "real" priest.  Father George does as close to a full Catholic Ceremony as we could get.

    We used Paul mayer and he was awesome! My SIL used john O'sullivan and he was great as well.
