Currently, I am posting from PA! Long car drive!! Anyways last night I was getting directions from the bride and she told me this very interesting story. She had final payment for her recpetion Tuesday then Wednesday she had TWO people call and cancel! She was PO'ed b/c her recpetion meals are very very pricy!! Btw her and her mom they found one last minute guest and they were looking at biting the bullet on the 2nd meal.
Well eariler this week I was talking to another close friend of mine (who lives in a neighboring state) and she told me that her job was sending her to a neighboring town where the wedding/recpetion/and hotel will be. So we built a plan that she would come visit me and FI Friday when she got off work and we would go out for dinner then she would go home.
So I offered to the bride...my other friend could be the 2nd meal. Those two know each other before I met either one of them but they were never close friends. They only know about each others' current situations through me. The bride was like please tell her she is more than welcome to come--it will do her a big favor!
Well after a 'long' debating process my friend agreed to come--so now she feels like she is wedding crashing!! hahaha so this weekend's forecast is a slight bit of wedding crashing with a severe chance of FUN!!!!!
Well now I am waiting on my friend to get to my hotel room so we can go out!!! Also, we are going to Chocolate World and who knows where else!
One last thing: The check in process was horrible!!! but thats another story in itself!!
