The Imperia?

Has anyone had (or been to) a wedding at the Imperia in Somerset recently? Any feedback on whether it was good or not?  The location is really convenient for us, but management seems to change pretty often so I'm nervous about booking.  We have a date on hold but need to let them know pretty soon whether we want to book or not.  Thanks!

I went to a wedding there.  I think its nice, the food is good. The only thing I didnt like was that the lobby is where all of the brides like to take pictures and there were tons of people waiting for one of the weddings to start (they do 2 out of time). If that doesnt bother you its a nice place.  As far as management. Arlene has been there forever, I used to work in the area, but she is very take it or leave it type of person.

I;m having my wedding there next September, they include the centerpieces which is nice if you are looking for something simple, the options they offer are just eh...I might be upgrading myself.....what they don't tell you is that the centerpiece for the sweetheart/head table is NOT included and usually costs around $100 or more depending on what you are looking for. I met eith the florist that does the free centerpieces and asked him for a quote if I took the free centerpieces, had him all the other flowers and a canopy, came out to about $1400 which I thought to be reasonable.
