Name Change...missing something

I need your help.  I am making a list of all the things I have my name on and I am drawing a blank.  I totally feel like I am missing something.  Here is the list I have so far:
Bank
CCs
Mortgage
Insurance (Health, Car, House)
Retirements Funds
Utilities
Post Office (P.O.Box, I live in a little town with no Mailman)

Also, does anyone know how I change my name with the IRS if I am currently not working?

TIA

For IRS purposes, when you guys file a MFJ return early next year, you just need to make sure that your SS card has been updated. When filing your taxes, the IRS checks your social against the SS database (especially for electronic filing) and it has to match. If your SS card hasn't been updated, make sure you file with your maiden name or it will delay your refund/filing. If you do electronic filing, and the names on the return don't match the SS database, the IRS will reject the EF of the tax return.

Jaime- that list was great....thanks so much.

Michelle- Thanks, that makes perfect sense.  My SS card has been updated so I am good to go.  I was worried about this and now I feel much better.
