    I think its the greatest thing ever. Some girls disagree. I signed up through my travel agent. Basically instead of buying us a gift at BB&B or where ever, the guests can give you a Gift certificate towards some kind of excursion or the cost of whole trip as their gift.  It would only work for the shower since your HM has to be paid off about a month in advance.  They will call my travel agent directly and  tell them they want to give $XX towards my registry and then that money either comes off the bottom line or we wont have to pay for an excusion at the end. I think it will save us from getting a bunch of BB&B gift cards. If you want my TA name I can give it to you. She is great!
