DIY invites...

i am doing my invites and I have lots of layers and pieces that recquire a lot of adhesive. I started our with the glue dots/lines and I am going through them like a crazy person! not to mention they are really tedious for larger papers and some of my more delicate paper if the glue gets a little messed up u can see the bump through the paper! i m just tired and not happy with the glue dots at this point. does anyone have an reccomendations/experience? I googled info and saw there is a "paper glue" that is great and also read about using spray mount. the paper i am using is delicate and i don't want it to wrinkle or look funky. i would love all of your thoughts since I have seen that most of you ladies have been crafty and have done your own invites too! :)

i already wrote on the invites and paper board for their info but everyone is so slow to respond!

I have done some other projects (not wedding invites) that involved layering paper. I used the spray mount you mentioned in your post and it worked really well for me. I didn't get any bumps or lines in the paper. it's just a really sticky adhesive. If you do this just be sure to spray it evenly across the area. HTH!

I used double sided tape for my DIY invites.  It worked great!

I used  the spray mount. Just make sure you get the permanent kind and the room is well ventilated!
