Charlotte Area DOC reccs

Hey ladies as you can tell by my title of post I am looking for a Day of Cood. in the Charlotte area. Any good recc's please send them my way and any regrets please pass those along as well!  Oh how much is 'too much'?  I know that price depends on the person but this isn't something I'm wanting to splurge on but I don't want to waste my money on someone that doesn't do a good job either.  Can I get away with $50-$75 or am I being too cheap? I really don't want to spend more than $100 if I can help it.

    You could find a friend or fellow knottie probably to do it for what you are expecting, but not too many professionals I don't think. My DOC worked her BUTT off for me, and I would have felt bad paying less than $100 for what she did for me. I actually felt bad just paying the $175 she wanted.

    So not being a professional wedding planner/coordinator but highly organized responsible detail oriented Bride I would not consider doing it for less than 20 an hour. And no less than 50 in the day (say if only two hours were desired). It's got to be worth the time and it's not something you could trust just anyone to do so I would look for (honestly) a person like me. Just like you would likely look for a person to stand in for you, since that is essentially what a non-professional DOC is. So me, I wouldn't do it for less than 20 an hour. Take that for what it's worth. It is a Saturday that someone is giving up and most of us likely make near or waaaay above that an hour for all other work.

    No guys I appreciate that! I didn't know the price ranges and I didn't want to be too cheap! I don't really mind paying the money but I didn't want to pay more than I needed to.  I really don't want to ask any friends or family..they are at the wedding to enjoy themselves.  My cuz had a DOC she paid $50 for the day and it was out of state. I was going to ask her but she can't do it due to personal issues that tie her up all day everyday.

    I'll email the above recc'd DOC..thanks for your input..
