Booth qu. AND DJ qu.

So I'm starting to do research on 2 things.. video/photo booths and DJs.

1. What are your thoughts on videoboothsrus.  I sent an email, they sound great. But has anyone here worked with them? Is it worth it? It looks like so much fun to have.

2. I feel like this is the one thing Im going to have most trouble with.  In my family music is HUGE.  We love to party, very lively, crazy people. So I want an AMAZING DJ- nothing less.. I'm looking for a bilingual DJ (hispanic)..  Does anyone know of any??

Thanks! =]

We're using Colorblind Productions as our bilingual (Spanish and English) DJ and you get a lot for your money with them.

ETA: If you have an unlimited budget (and since you said you're basically looking for nothing short of amazing), then try contacting any of the big radio DJs like DJ Alex Sensation who are bilingual and who play at the clubs in the city and Jersey.  He has event booking information on his website: http://www.djalexsensation.com/ew_alex.html

I've never heard of a video booth but I can definitely recommend a DJ. Colorblind Productions is a husband/wife team and they come highly recommended for multi-cultural/bi-lingual weddings!

Lol...Ive been telling everyone if i win the lottery between now and the wedding im sooo booking Alex Sensation. But unfortunately we are on a limited budget. That'd be the icing on the cake.. he's Colombian..we're Colombian how more perfect can it get.

Im checking out Colorblind Productions as we speak and they seem really good.  This is very helpful because I didnt even know where or how to start looking.. other than looking at super expensive radio DJs.

    Thanks soo much!

:-)  FI and I talk all the time about how awesome it'd be to have him as our DJ (FI is Colombian and Ecuadorian).  We were also toying with the idea of hiring a live salsa band in addition to our DJ, but all of the really good bands are out of our price range - especially since on top of paying them to play you have to feed all of them, too... and the good bands have at least 8, if not more, people.
