Does anyone happen to know the round about per head cost at the Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange, NJ???

I believe it's about 250 per person which is why I didn't even contact them. The secretary at my job got married there and it was gorgeous!

It really depends on a number of factors: The day of the week (Friday and Sunday evening are cheaper than Saturday, however Saturday afternoon was the cheapest. I quoted there about a year ago and it was $179 pp for a saturday afternoon in april.
Hope that helps.

P.S. Keep in mind that is before tax, service and gratuity so you probably net out closer to the $220 range.

I requested information from them a few weeks ago and this was their reply, hope it helps!

"The guest minimum for Friday and Sunday night is 150 people with pricing from $169.00 - $189.00 per person. The guest minimum for Saturday night is 200 people with pricing from $239.00 - $259.00 per person. In addition to the above pricing, there is a 21% Service Charge and 7% New Jersey Sales Tax.  The above pricing is based on a five hour event. If the ceremony is held on site (indoors or outdoors, weather permitting), there is an additional charge of $10.00 per person plus 21% Service Charge and 7% New Jersey Sales Tax for ceremony fees. This would add one hour to the event times. Overtime, if available (usually not available for afternoon events due to scheduled evening events), is charged at $15.00 per person per hour or $7.50 per person per half hour plus 21% Service Charge and 7% New Jersey Sales Tax. These prices include your menu complete with cocktail hour, wedding reception, floor length ivory linens, valet parking and wedding cake.  The menu can be viewed at our website, www.pleasantdale.com.

For a day wedding (12:00 pm – 5:00 pm), the rate is from $159.00 - $179.00 per person (plus service charge and tax) with a 125 guest minimum."
