I just got back from Old Navy and they had an entire wall of flip flops (in summery colors) for 49 cents each! That's the cheapest I've ever seen them. Just thought I'd pass the info along in case anyone is planning on putting them in baskets for guests to wear while dancing at the reception. (PS - It wasn't ALL flip flops. They had an entire other wall with regular priced flip flops.)
