Ok, so here is my issue...We bought our centerpieces last summer and we only bought 22 because thats how many we thought we would need. Well we went to our venue the other day and decided we don't like 10 people per table so we want to do 8 or 9. Which of course means we will have more tables!!! So now I am on the hunt for 5 more of my centerpieces or something similiar. We are having rod iron pumpkin candle holders with some votives around them. I am in NEED of 5 rod iron candle holders....these were originally found at Michaels and I haven't seen them this year. Has anyone seen them anywhere or have some. Thanks a bunch everyone!!

    I think I have one in my "halloween" tub in the attic.  let me know if you get desperate!!

    I'm also thinking you might not want to go too crazy looking for them until you get an idea of how many rsvps you have and who the people are that are actually coming.

    Making all of your tables smaller might seem like a good idea now, but if you have flexibility on table size, you may want to take advantage of it.  Our tables can be 10 or 12, I'm going to have to vary them because of who knows who and where I want to put people.  You might decide to do a lot of tables of 10 and only a few of 8.  Are you basing 27 tables on the number invited or the number you expect to come?

    The problem is that the venue uses the same size table for 8-10 people. We saw it set up for 10 ppl and you would be literally be on top of the person next to you (eating eachothers elbows)! My Fiance and I remember going to weddings and hating when too many people were shoved at a table. We are expecting atleast 215-220 people at the wedding and I have 22 pumpkins! I'm so stressed about this all....I understand waiting for more rsvp to come in but I don't want to miss out on all the "fall" stuff out right now.  I also thought about finding cute lanterns to put at the two bridal party tables and the parents tables. Hopefully I figure it out!!

    Dilemma solved ! I found pumpkin candle holders on sale at Kohls for 40% off! I also had a 15% off thing and a $10 gift card! So I got them on super sale haha! They are a lttle bigger then the other ones but the same idea. I figure they will be nice to have them at the bridal party table and parents tables. The other one I am hoping we wont have to use but at least I have it just in case
