Invited about 150-160...got about 20 that said no.

I just sent my invites out so I don't have an answer but I've heard the general rule is 20% decline.

We invited about 230 and ended up with about 185, but we had a lot of OOT people that we invited from Italy that didn't come.

We invited 290 and had 210.  We had a little over 20% decline.

Invited 198 and had 146 at our reception. 4 no shows and a lot of guests who didn't bring a plus one and a lot of OOT that couldn't make it.

We had a LOT of nos:

I think we ultimately invited around 255; about 140 attened.

The declines were mostly a) plus ones for people who came solo and b) MH's many, many cousins, who all live several hours away and have small children who were not invited,

We had about 30% declines, but a lot of those were people who chose not to bring guests, or relatives that live across the country and we didn't expect to come anyway.

Invited about 60, and sadly the only "no" responses we got were from my father/step-mom (talk about devastating, but that's another story) and my FI's brother/SIL (also pretty messed up). Also, two sort-of friends on FI's side (more his BM's best friend).

Long story short, we got 6 no's out of 60.

My ticker has the details.  We invited a lot of people with a guest that have declined bringing one.  We only had 18 couples decline, most all of them are from out of state.
