Catholic Church in North Jersey - How do you get a response?

We're hoping to book the Park Savoy in Florham Park this weekend and we've been leaving messages at a bunch of churches in the area.  We don't have a home parish, but we're willing to join in preparation for the wedding. 

Has anyone else experienced this or have any advice?  We've tried going with priests recommended by friends, but we still can't reach anyone or get a phone call back.

    I'm getting married at the Cathedral in Newark. I just called the number on their website. Their wedding director works Tues and Thurs mornings. PM if you want the wedding director's number.
