Am I being impatient- florist question

I met w/ my 1st florist on Monday and was told I would get my quote in a day or two- its now Weds and still no quote. Is this normal? Does it usually take this long? I just really want to know what the $ is and if it is in my budget. Thanks!

I would probably wait another day or two to follow up.  The quotes we got were pretty involved, so I would imagine it took some work for them to come up with them.

Ok thanks- maybe I will call if I dont get anything today. Its just the 1st vedor who didnt give a price at the appointment- it makes sense w/ flowers, I just wasnt expecting having to wait. Thanks again!

We had one give us the prices right at the appointment, and another take 2 weeks. It really varries. Needless to say we booked the one that gave us the prices up front.

I got the price estimate up front. Since we wont know how many tables until after the final count is in.  I think I would wait until tomorrow and then call.

We didn't get the prices up front but did give them what our budget was for flowers and she kept within it.

some gave us quotes at the appointment.  The place we ended up booking gave us estimates at the appointment but then sent a write up about a week later.

both florists I met with gave me pricing at the appointment.  Maybe give them another day?  Why does it take so long, I wonder.
