My shower was this weekend and I had an absolute amazing time. I did feel a little overwhelmed at first even though it wasn't a surprise. I got really nice things, including my swaroski crystal flutes on my registry. My FI and my dad were invited too. Dad was "kicked" out of the room when it was time to open lingerie lol. I think we'll make it a tradition to invite the dad and FI in my family - it makes it a little awkard but a lot more fun!
