  • For things for your candy bar, I would recommend checking out Craigslist. I've seen a lot of items that could be used on a bar like that pop up on craigslist randomly and they seem like a decent price. You could also check places like Marshalls, TJMaxx, HomeGoods, Michaels, AC Moore. . etc.

As far as a dress, I'd recommend going to a couple of stores and seeing what you feel best in. If you're wanting to by used, you could check out craigslist again. Theres also a website called 'Oncewed' I believe (someone feel free to correct me on this). You could also check out the 'Wedding Classifieds' on TK or 'Trash to Treasure' which is through The Nest.

As far as decorating tips. . I can't help too much because I dont know what your church or reception hall looks like.

    Good luck!

My mom and I went antiquing in Selma this weekend and they have tons of mason jars in all sizes that make perfect vases for centerpieces. The blue mason jars with white flowers are so pretty! Not sure how formal vs. informal you want your dress, but Lilly Pulitzer just released their Spring 2012 Little White Dress line. It's worth a look!
  •  Thanks yall. :)

  • I think I saw the scoops at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Seems like it was a pack of 3...but not sure of price.

  • Check out Old World Pottery for glasses for the candy.  They have lots of glass.
  • Thanks :)

  • If your mom or grandma has old canning jars you could put flowers or candles in them as centerpieces.  Also, if your mom or grandma has an old canner, that could hold flowers and be used as ceremony or reception decorations.  I see lots of girls using mason jars in their outdoor weddings.
