You will not find a real Catholic priest to marry you outside of the church. You can do what we did and find a christian minister and add Catholic elements to the ceremony. We used April Beer.

We used Fr. George Lucey, who was a real Catholic priest and left the RC church.  Now he is a part of the American National Catholic Church.  He married us using a traditional Catholic ceremony which is not recognized by the RC church (but that's OK with us).

we are using father jim from contemporary catholics.  he is a very nice guy and will add catholic elements to our outdoor ceremony.
