what to put in the bathroom baskets

Hey all,  getting down to the nitty gritty here and I was wondering what everyone is putting in their barthroom baskets for the reception.  Are you also doing one in the mens rooms too?

Just did mine this weekend - did on for each bathroom





Women:
cotton pads, tampons, pads, mouthwash, mints, tide to go pen, dental floss, hair elastics, bobby pins, hairspray, deoderant, body spray, lotion, band aids, combs, tylenol, lint brush, wisp brushes, baby powder, qtips, chapsticks, safety pins, crazy glue, and tissues

Men:
mouthwash, mints, tide to go pen, dental floss, hairspray, deoderant, body spray axe, lotion, band aids, combs, tylenol, wisp brushes, qtips, chapsticks and tissues

All of this stuff cost me $71 not including the baskets LOL

I had mints, tide to go pen, hair elastics and bobby pins, hairspray, tissues, bandaids, lotion, cold medicine, tums and a mini sewing kit. I also included advil and tylenol, since some people can't have one or the other. I didn't put one in the men's room since I figured they'd ask their dates if they needed something (we didn't have many single guys.) I went to the dollar store and Harmon and didn't spend more than $20. Luckily our venue had the pads and tampons. I knows I'm forgetting some things....

thanks!!!!!!!!! i didnt think of the tide to go or the hair ties-but with all the dancing the girls will be able to use them for sure.  I will be off to target soon.

I actually went to a wedding a few years ago where they put condoms in the mens basket! lololol

We didn't do bathroom baskets. But I did go to a wedding that had one, and they had everything ... except tissues, which I really needed (stupid allergies).

We did bathroom baskets for both the men's room and women's room.  My mom didn't think it was necessary for a men's basket, but I know my DH and tums and other things, so we decided to do it.  Wouldn't you know that the men's one was nearly completely empty at the end of the night?

We're going shopping today for supplies!  I don't have anything additional to add, other than I'm going to put a couple of hair clips as well (the larger comb-type clips that can hold even heavy hair).  My favorite hair clip is one I got in a bathroom basket at a wedding!

Ask your venue about the advil too my friends wedding they took all teh medicine related products from the basket and said with the liquor license they are forbided to distribute medicine. And even though the baskets where not theres they where in their bathroom for the public of the event so they took a few things out
