We ordered my ring today! Many thanks to NJhousewife22 for the jeweler rec! I have some small diamonds from my mother's wedding ring setting that I wanted to incorporate. The jeweler (Bernie from Darren Michaels in MIllburn) is going to channel set them with a milgrain design. It will look something like this:
