Did you need a permit, or an appointment, in order to have your e-pic shoot in Rutgers Gardens?

Hi!  I looked on their site and there was only a section about getting permits for wedding pictures, so I assumed we were good to go without one.  If anyone would have said anything to us I would have just told them that their site only had info about needing permits for wedding parties!  Here are the links on their site that talk about permits, hope that helps!
