Solar Manor/Solar do Minho Wedding Venue

Hello everyone,

I am engaged and looking to get some of your reviews on a venue in Roselle Park, called Solar Manor. I have visited the location and I think it's gorgeous however,they have recently changed owners and i'm not sure how their service is. If anyone has had a wedding or been to a wedding there recently, please let me know what you thought about the food and service?
