NWR: Dyson Ball Vac

Does anyone have the dyson ball vac? The brush bar keeps gets hair tangled in it and it stops spinning.  Anyone else have this problem? Or know how to fix it?

    Im not really any help bc I dont have one, but just wanted to say that those are too expensive for you to be having any problems.  Id call the company and complain and see if they have a fix for you.

    I have one and hair gets caught but it does not stop spinning. I believe there is a button so you can take the spinner out and clean it ( i usually make fi clean it lol but i know it does come out) HTH

    I take it out to clean it every time, it still gets caught in there.
