I think you had posted something about wanting someone green.  The only one I know of is http://www.greenplanetcatering.com/. I haven't used them, but I know a woman who used them for her wedding and was very pleased.  They have a price list on their site.

Most caterers in the Triangle area will cater in Chapel Hill.
