Seasons Catering

Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has any pricing info on Seasons in NJ.  Never been but heard good things and looks beautiful.  The package outlined on their site is really nice too.
Thanks.

I'm not sure about their regular pricing, but I know a girl who got a great deal (about $100/pp plus many extras) for taking a last-minute date that hadn't been filled. As long as you are flexible, you may be able to negotiate the price if you don't mind planning you wedding in 8 months or so!! I have only heard great things about Seasons. Good luck!

For a Friday in November we were quoted $157 pp, which includes tax, gratuity and Vienesse hour.
For a Saturday in November we were quoted $208 pp, also including tax, gratuity and Vienesse.
With a 225 minimum person guarantee, however, he dropped the price from $157 to $150, and $208 to $200.

We didn't book there however because we weren't crazy about the place.

its really nice there, they just redid it, and teh food is amazing!  service is great nad its in a super nice area. the only thing is that they could have a weddings there at a time... if you're ok with that and you're flexible - under a year, sunday wedding, you'll get a really good deal.

We booked Seasons and could not be happier thus far.  I have always heard good things about the facility in general and the food.  As recently as this weekend my co-worker attended a wedding there and raved about it.

It is possible that they can have two weddings at the same time but the start times are always staggered and all facilities are separate.

I was quoted $150 for a Friday wedding in Nov. The menu you see online is what you get for your price except for the Lobster extravaganca..... They do have 2 weddings at a time but if you guarantee them a certain amount Im sure they will give you the whole place. We did and guaranteed them 275.

I found that booking later (Feb. '10 for a Nov. '10 date) and being flexible about the date helped me get a really great deal (lower price and minimum).  I have to assume it was a cancellation or just a date that hadn't sold.  I think the best thing to do is to make an appointment and meet with one of the guys.  You can't really go by prices that other people got because there are so many variables that effect each quote.  I was scared to death to actually go there and find out because I fell in love with the package online and was pretty sure it was out of my price range but it turned out that I was able to afford it after all.

Viviannac - Almost!  We're upstairs on the 6th.  It feels like it's coming really fast now, no?  Are you upstairs or down? I was over there last week to pick up direction cards.  It looks great now that the work is all done and they've added fancy lighting to the downstairs ballroom (not sure about upstairs).

RR2011 - We're using the Park Ridge Marriott.  I looked at the Woodcliff Lake Hilton and the Courtyard by Marriott in Montvale (I think) and they all gave us the same price and included a shuttle to and from Seasons.  We went with the Park Ridge Marriott because I liked the pool for our out of town guests with kids and I like the pub for a small afterparty.

Berbm - I am also upstairs the night before you.  Yes, I feel like its coming really fast now.  I am trying to get my invites finalized and we just went this am to apply for our marriage license :)

Do you know if they did any work to the upstairs?  Did they give you any info on the new lighting system?
