Any one know what it is w/ out a gift receipt or anything? I was on the website and it seems like it would be the same as it for everything else, lowest sale price without a receipt. We have a bunch of stuff to exchange, a lot without any receipt.
As pp said, if it wasbought off of the registry they take whatever they bought it for. They give it back to you in a gift card. Otherwise it's whatever the price is that day.
Also Macy's now puts barcode labels on something when you purchase it, and that sticker is required for a return. This is for returns/exchanges w/o receipts and when scanned, shows the price that was paid for the item.
Re: Macy's Registry Return Policy
If it wasn't on your registry (as our item wasn't), you get back the lowest sales price.
We got our refund back on a gift card.
