I'm dreaming of vacations since its so dreary out today!  So where is everyone going on their honeymoon??  For the married girls, where did you go on your honeymoon?

Amalfi coast Italy !!! Sorrento, positano, and Capri !!!! Booked flights last week and solidified itenarary today ! So excited we are going September 2September 14!

We went to Secrets Maroma Beach in Mexico for 10 days.  It was absolutely amazing and I'm dying to go back!  The resort and the employees were exceptional!  Highly recommend!

Wow, you guys are all going to such exotic places.
I am going to Disney World, seems so tame in comparison to everyone else but I am sooooo excited.  I love disney and my FI has never been there.

I will let you know. We go in September and are staying at Conrad Rangali Island. We were between Tahiti/Moorea/Bora Bora or the Maldives but my friend recently honeymooned in the Maldives and Dubai and she said it was AMAZING!

Gelaine -- we decided on Tahiti/Moorea/Bora Bora.  Maybe we'll do Maldives for an anniversary trip (wishful thinking, ha)!

We're going to Hawaii...so cliche i know!  But neither one of us has ever been!  We're doing Oahu, Kauai and Maui, we booked everything last month & were able to use our miles to upgrade to first class, FI is def more excited for the honeymoon then the wedding and I have to admit I'm not far behind!  The wedding will be amazing but a solid two weeks cut off from everyone in tropical paradise is just what the doc ordered!  Also just an FYI for anyone booking honeymoon or any other travel...if you are looking to stay at a Hyatt property, you can sign up for their credit card and get two free nights at ANY of their resorts worldwide...FI and I both signed up and were able to get 4 nights in Kauai for free (saved us over $2000)

Aruba! We booked our flights on Friday night during the blizzard. Haven't decided on which resort we are going to stay at yet. We are both very excited!

We were thinking of spending a week in Aruba and then hopping up to Turks & Caicos for a week. Not sure which resorts would be best though...any suggestions?

Another idea we have been throwing around is Fiji but not sure if we can swing that since we just bought a house!

We are very different than the posts above - our wedding is in October, and due to our work schedules, we cannot take 1 - 2 full weeks off. We are going to Newport, RI for 5 nights (and that will be 4 days after the wedding). We hope to do another bigger trip either next spring or summer.

@RMMJS - We did go to Bermuda last summer though and LOVED it! Even though it was just a vacation, is was honeymoon-esque. You are going to love it!

We went to Kauai & Maui Hawaii and then made a stop on the way home and stayed in Anaheim for a few days.

Kauai - St. Regis Hotel - absolutely AMAZING! The views are just incredible.

Maui - Four Seasons Hotel - also very nice but we like the feel of the St. Regis and the service there much more!

Anaheim - Marriott - walking distance to Disneyland. We also went to SeaWorld for the day & caught an Anaheim Angels game.

Went to Hawaii with the help of airline miles, hotel points, and great friends.  Just got back and had a blast!  Got married in Sept but had to wait till now to go away.  I'm glad we waited- made the trip much more enjoyable and able to relax without the stress of just coming off a wedding.  

Kauai- St. Regis.  My fav hotel of the trip and got a great room with amazing views.

Maui- Westin Kaanapali.  Stayed at a friend's timeshare during our time here.

Oahu- Royal Hawaiian.  Old, historic hotel. Def a place to stay for a special occasion like a honeymoon or anniversary.

@FutureMrsN3312 - We are staying at the Marriott Stellaris & Casino.  I know people who have been there and loved it.  It looks awesome from pictures.  My friend said the location is great too. It's within walking distance to a lot, which is great. I am really looking forward to it.
