Am I forgetting any other vendors?

Still need a limo. Anything else I need to book Im just not thinking about? I want to make sure all my major vendors are booked and done with. Thanks!

    OOT hotel
    Dress
    Bridesmaid dresses
    Tuxes
    BM/GM gifts
Calligrapher, if you're going to do that
Ceremony music, if the church hasn't taken care of it
    Guest shuttle, if needed
Any extra decor items -- uplighting, furniture, lanterns, linens, chair covers/cushions, card box (a lot of these can be taken care of through other vendors)
    Honeymoon
    Rehearsal dinner

Some of these don't need to be done for a long time though.

Oh sorry- I do have a dress and my reception is in a hotel so all the shuttle/rooms/etc are take care of there. The DJ is doing uplighting and the church provides all the ceremony music ect.

Honeymoom we are still looking and good call about the tuxes- forgot about those completely. We did just get the BM dresses figured out though - finally haha.

How far in advance do you need to book the rehearsal dinner? My FILs offered to do this for us, but I am getting nervous about it since they havent even been able to give us the addresses for their family yet. Im guessing this wont be booked for a long time, which stresses me out a lot haha.

We were told by the place we want for the rehearsal dinner to call them in February that they don't book things like that this far in advance .

Our rehearsal dinner venue got booked at the end of August, and our wedding is Nov. 7th, if that makes you feel any better!

We booked our rehearsal dinner like 2 months ahead, and probably didn't even need to do that.  I think if you're deadset on a restaurant (or are looking at places that are really popular) it couldn't hurt to book a little earlier, but when we were inquiring 3 months ahead of time every restaurant we looked at was still available.

I think inlaws booked the rehearsal dinner place maybe a month, max 2 months, ahead. We knew where we were having it, and didn't think we would have any trouble so no need to book earlier

Ok thanks I feel a bit better- biggest prob is there are few restaurants near the church, so I dont want them to get all booked up, but Im sure I have at least some time :) One less thing to worry about at least :)
