Help!!! All my pictures disappeared from my knot website :(

I checked my website this morning and all of my pictures were instead transformed into little boxes with red X's in them. I have had the website done for about a month now and the pictures were always shown. What went wrong?? EEEK!!!

Is it a Knot-hosted website, or another host (Weebly, Mywedding.com, etc.)?

The same thing happened to me! I set up my knot website two months ago, and it has always worked. Now, all of the pictures have disappeared! If someone knows how to fix this or to prevent this from happening again, please let me know. I can't redo the whole site every couple of months and I've already sent out the save the dates so it's too late to chnage sites. Help!

Anyone had any luck getting things back or did they just disappear in thin air? I lost all my images and I only sort all of them out about a month ago! Will I just have to re-do them?

Same here! Went to my website the other day and all photos were gone! Glad I am not the only one. Uploaded them again last night, everything seemed to be working -- then this morning, gone again! So sad. It's a lot of work!

Any ideas?

The same thing is happening to me. I have reuploaded all of the images twice. Gone in the morning both times. Does anyone have a fix for this?

It would be nice if we had an answer from the Knot about this.
I know that it is a free service but it would be nice to know that someone is looking into this and could let us know when this will stop happening. I can't keep going on my website every day updating the images. I've tried to find somewhere that I could report this issue but no luck. Anyone able to find something about it?

You guys are lucky that it was just your photos. Everything I ever wrote plus photos disappeared!!! I have to start from step 1 again! SUPER ANNOYED!
