My MOH is registered at 2 stores, I worded her invite like this:
Please join us for a bridal shower
    in honor of (Bride's name)
    Date
    Time
    Location
RSVP to (MOH) at (phone number) or (MOB) at (phone number)
    by RSVP date
(Bride's name) is registered at Macy's and Bed Bath & Beyond

Not sure about the travel agent though.  Good luck!

I have usually seen just the registry cards added in the envelope instead of writing it on the invite.

Do you think the invite would require a little explanation about the honeymoon registry with the travel agent?

our shower has the shower invite separate from the registry. We did it that way because 1) it seems to be a going trend lately 2) it looked classier like we weren't expecting any gifts so that it seems like a gift is more of a guests decision and 3) it left us the chance to put a little explanation as we have a travel agent registry too and it would have looked weird anywhere on the invite. My mother is throwing the shower and simply put the bride and groom are registered at  *store name* and *travel agency honeymoon registry* followed by the website address and the phone # of our agent handling everything. It looked classy but gave our gift giving guests the info they needed without making people think that is the only thing the shower was about. Hope this helps anyone with this same issue.
