Engagement Pic Makeup

Hi Ladies!

I was wondering if anyone knew an inexpensive option for getting your makeup done? Our engagement pics are coming up (in New York where we live) and I decided last minute I'd really like to do it...

    Go to a makeup counter and get it done (but buy something in exchange for the service).

    Sephora will do a makeover with a minimum $50 purchase -- worth it if you need stuff from Sephora!

    If you haven't booked your hair/makeup person you can schedule a makeup trial for the day of your pics.

    i had bought this "airbrush" make up from sephora to cover up my tattoo for my friends wedding, it's actually a foundation, too heavy to wear on a daily basis. but i have used it for special occassions and it looks amazing. if you want to do your make up yourself, it's called diorflash by Dior...i did my own make up for my epics and used that...my face looked flawless in the proofs.

    Go to Lord and Taylor in Westfield, and go to any make up counter, they are great in there.  THen I just buy the lipstick...

    If you haven't already booked your wedding day make-up person, you should make an appointment for a trial the day of your engagement pics. The trial could be more than half off what you will be spending the day of (my trial is tomorrow and it's $45 for airbrush and the day of is $100).

    I had my trial the day of my shower and it was cheaper than day of make up. Why not try that? Schedule your trial that day.
