Ms. vs. Miss

I was wondering if anyone has any input on Miss vs. Ms.  I have an 18 year old cousin, who will definitely get a Miss.  My FI has an unmarried 50-something aunt, who will definitely be a Ms.

But what about people in between?  Most of my friends are in their mid to late twenties.  Should I address the singles as Miss or Ms.?  I feel like Miss sounds young, but Ms. sounds old...

For your 18 year old cousin I would do Ms. as well- anyone over 16 I did Ms.

I would use Miss for any guest under the age of 25, after that I would use Ms.

I did 18 and over as Ms. anyone under 18 I did Miss. (though there may have been only one Miss if that....)

from what i've rad, it is Ms for 18 and up.  I'm in my mid 20's and whenever i got Miss i thought it was a lil weird, but that's just me!

Apparently this is an easier question than I anticipated!  I've personally gotten a mix of wedding invitations (Miss vs. Ms.), so I wasn't sure.  It doesn't bother me one way or the other when I receive an invite, but I want to do the right thing.  Thanks!!!!

 this is what I did. I feel like Ms. sounds old, and I wouldn't want to be called Ms. is I was in my early twenties

Miss sounds too young, so I did Ms.
I don't think I had anyone under 18 get their own invitation, otherwise, I would have considered using Miss.

Miss I used for someone i still considered a child. 18 isn't a child to me, so I would do Ms. I think maybe 15 and up should be Ms.

I am using 18 as my reference point. Anyone 18 and older are going to be Ms. while under 18 are going to be Miss.

When I was single & older than 18, I felt not that "Ms." was "old," rather, that it was politely anonymous...like some married people go by Ms., some single...

Anyway, I'd go with Ms.!
