Get to humpin' girls!!! 1/2 way to a long weekend!
anyone have any special plans for this weekend?
i don't think DH and I are going to do much of anything, maybe work in the backyard and get some veggie planted but other than that i would like to FINALLY spend sometime with my new hubby alone!!! we will probably go see my mom this weekend to since her bday is this week. i think i am going to get her a pandora bracelet but not sure yet.

Good Morning!!

A pandora bracelet would be nice.  Yea I told FI last night that I didn't want to do much this weekend at all. Maybe go fishing or kayaking (his parents have a small one). All in all, I want to spend some alone time.  Can't wait for Friday.

I'm late for work, as usual. And they replaced my mouse, so I can write reports, which means I have no excuse. My parents are coming up to help me pack up my apartment this weekend. Also we're going to go to the huge flea market at some point. They do it twice a year and people from all around come. Not as big as the labor day weekend one, though... not sure I could handle that many people.

FI and I have our first dance class tonight at Fred Astaire! So excited!! We are spending Memorial Weekend at the lake in Pinehurst...praying for warm weather and sunshine Hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday!

Happy Wednesday!  FI's birthday is Saturday, we're going up to Williamsburg to Busch Gardens for the weekend.  I've been looking forward to it for a while and now that the countdown is on it seems like it's taking forever to get here. 

We've spent the last 3 weekends doing WR things, so I know he's looking forward to a wedding-free weekend too.

DH has Friday and Monday off and I believe we are planning on going camping with his family as long as we get our housing situation taken care of and everyting moved up to VA by then. I'm in for a looong day of packing. WoooHoooo! lol

me, FI and about 4 other friends are going to Asheville for a birthday camping/white water rafting trip.  Hope the weather is nice!

Mary, hope you have fun at BG!!  Love that place... if you have never been, you need to check out the Budweiser horses and the brewery!  Fun, fun, fun!!

Hey everyone!  Glad everyone's got a great Memorial Day weekend planned!

I'm flying home to Charlotte on Friday and FI and I will have our first pre-marital counseling meeting with our Pastor on Saturday!  Then we're going to a friend's pre-wedding party Saturday night, and relaxing by the pool on Sunday and Monday.  So excited to see my family again, and of course FI!

It's not actually a Busch park anymore, so there aren't any budweiser horses there.  They have a different breed of clidesdales, I think.  I know they just got a herd of sheep, and some puppies to be trained to herd/shepherd them.  One plus for it not being a busch park anymore, they can serve other alcohols. <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-smile.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" />

Happy Hump Day!! Today is my last day of work til next Tuesday!! I have my health insurance licensing class til Friday and take the state exam Saturday! Im so ready to get it over with since I know its going to be super boring. I am looking forward to a reunion with some of my girls from ECU..we are going to see the new Sex & The City 2 movie!! Afternoon! I'm late because I had to go to the barn this morning since I haven't been in a week due to RAINNNN.  I'm now dead. 4 hours of riding apparently has kicked my bum today. I will say though, the horses did amazingly today )

I'm headed to Monroe in a few hours until Friday night or Saturday morning. Got's another DR appt and spending time with my siblings and parents )
Also. . .the last part of my bday present arrived! It's the New Mario game. . weeeee (I'm totally busting it open in like 5 mins)

Amanda - before you finish Wii Zelda be sure you've gone and done all the things you want - it doesn't let you go back after you've finished. 

I've played all but the last challenge because I'm just not done exploring Hyrule yet, and when FI finished it didn't let him go back.  I'm a weirdo who likes to do everything in a game.

What... the new Mario Game!  Mario Galaxy, right?!   Super jealous!!  I was thinking about going and getting that game this week-end... is it any good?

Oh yeah, you've got a while. 

I love that game...but I'm so bad at it.  FI always gets frustrated when I play, he's like "why can't you just ride the dang horse and kill all those things why are you flailing around like that!  Don't jump there!"  Lol, but I like it.

I only got to play it for about 30mins before I had to leave, but so far I like it :o)
I'm going to have to re-teach myself all of the controls though, its been too long since I played the first one. Regardless, I'm stoked about it. Im a Mario Nerd !
