Mail or hand deliver?

I wanted to get some opinions about a thank you card situation. I invited my 3 main bosses from work with their wives and none of them came to the wedding. My last day of work before the wedding and honeymoon they gave me a card that was signed from the 3 of them. Now do I mail a thank you card to them or give them the thank you card at work and only address to them not their wives?

Do I address it to them and their wives or just who signed the card?

I would address it to just them.

I would write individual thank yous to each person and his wife  (just to play it safe and to be polite.)   I would also mail the thank you.
