NWR: Memorial DAY

Hi everyone, hope this post find everyone cool! Fi and I want to go to a lake for Memorial Day. We are not that familiar with all Jersey, and always and up going to the same one. Ringwood Lake by Botanical gardens, don't get me wrong its really nice. The water is usually clean at the lake, but we are tired of going there. Does anyone know of any other lakes in NJ. Please let me know! TIA

I know that you can BBQ at Lake Hopatcong, but I am not sure about the others.

Do you also mean lakes where you can boat/fish?  My SO goes to a lake in West Milford. Don't know the name, but it does allow boats (with electric motors, not gas) I don't know about bbq-ing there though.
