S/O: Tuxedo Rental Questions

1. Are you married yet? (Only asking because I feel like most of the issues with tuxedo rentals occur upon pick-up) -

2. Where are/were your tuxedo rentals from? -

3. How would you rate your/FI's experience? -

4. Did the groom have to pay for his tux? -

5. How much was spent by each GM and what did the rental include? -

6. Are all tuxes pretty much the same rental price at the store or did prices vary greatly? -

2. Where are/were your tuxedo rentals from? - East Brunswick Mens Warehouse

3. How would you rate your/FI's experience? - They were understaffed when we went to decide on the tuxes so we were pretty much left to ourselves. They did come over to help and answer questions several times. The only issue was when my dad went to pick up his tux. The pants were about a foot too short. They exchanged those right on the spot. He didn't try on the vest until the morning of the wedding and it didn't fit. He just wore a vest  that he had from a previous wedding. It was the same color and no one noticed the difference.

4. Did the groom have to pay for his tux? - no, with either 5 or 6 paid rentals (I forget which one, the groom gets his tux rental for free.  He was also given the option of getting a free suit instead.

5. How much was spent by each GM and what did the rental include? - I think it was about $140 each. It included everything, cufflinks, shoes, jacket, vest, pants, shirt, handkerchief, and shoes (maybe socks too)

6. Are all tuxes pretty much the same rental price at the store or did prices vary greatly? - They started around 100. I don't think there were any over 200

7. Any other information you'd like to share to help us non-MGs out about customer service, quality of the tuxes, etc.? - Other than the mishap with my dad, they were easy to work with and great. We had groomsmen all over the place. With mens warehouse, they could get the tux from the most convienant location for them. They could pick them up several days ahead of time but had to be returned the day after the wedding.

Great experience

No, we got one free with a certain number rented.  Kids (RB) were free too.

5. How much was spent by each GM and what did the rental include? -

$140, tux, vest, tie, shirt, shoes, cuff links

6. Are all tuxes pretty much the same rental price at the store or did prices vary greatly? -

Varied place to place and if you wanted a designer cut

3. How would you rate your/FI's experience? - Great!

4. Did the groom have to pay for his tux? - I can't remember!

5. How much was spent by each GM and what did the rental include? - Hmmmm $120-$150? Came with shoes, Vest, Shirt, Tie, Jacket, Pants

7. Any other information you'd like to share to help us non-MGs out about customer service, quality of the tuxes, etc.? -Great store, family run, been around for a long time. LOTS of size variety!!!
