Need Help Finding Unique Wedding Location!

I need help finding a unique wedding venue for my wedding.  My fiance doesn't want to get married at a chain hotel and I don't want to get married at a catering hall or country club.  We started looking at venues this past weekend and ofcourse the two that we loved (Crystal Springs Resort & Liberty House) were out of our budget.  We also looked at but didn't like The Westin Hotel in Morristown and Perona Farms.

We want to get married on a Saturday night during Summer 2011, we're expecting around 200 guests.  Since my fiance is from London a significant amount of guests will be travelling from there so somewhere not too far from an international airport would be nice and also someplace with an outdoor option would be a plus as well - Any help or suggesstions would REALLY be appreciated!!!

Check the Olde Mill Inn in Basking Ridge.  We got a great price for this year (since they had a Sunday evening available), so I can't make any promises on the price for a summer wedding in 2011.  but, you have enough guests for the man ballroom, and it has a nice outdoor ceremony site.  Problem is I think it's about 30 or 40 minutes from Newark.  Also, advantage is that it's also a small Inn (about 100 rooms) so very easy for your out of town guests.

I'm not sure what your budget looks like or even where yiou are looking to have it(location wise). But the Camden Aquarium is pretty neat.

My standard recs are

Loews Jersey movie theater (though it's not air conditioned in the summer and I believe that holds only 180 ... so maybe scratch that)
Mezzanine (an old bank)
Newark Museum
Montclair Art Museum
The Loft in Montclair

There are also several women's clubs that basically old houses -- Glen Ridge and Ridgewood are both quite nice.

I also got married at what is essentially just a cool big old house in NY state (not too far from Woodbuiry Commons). It's called FEAST at Round Hill. It's lovely, and does not look like a "banquet hall."

Did you try the Hamilton Park Hotel in Florham Park (right next to Morristown)? Thats where we are getting married. There are two seperate packages there for a Saturday night in the summer starting at $99-$123pp. Not a chain hotel, very modern, the food is great, and the staff seems awesome. Let me know if you have any questions, but I would recommend checking it out
