Just wondering if you guys had any wedding bands that you've loved.. Just saw a fantastic one tonight...Arcadia..they are located out of long island though.  My FI and I thought we were going to have a DJ but now after tonight we might switch to a band! Any suggestions would be awesome! Thanks

    We used the Projekt and they were AMAZING! Dance floor was packed all night w/ everyone of all diferent ages.

    I went to a wedding once and the band was called Brian Kirk & the Jirks - UNBELIEVABLE! My FI has been in bands since he was 14 (he's 33 now) and was blown away by them. We're usually on the dance floor at all times but this wedding he just sat there with his mouth open drolling over them.

    We're both from the same country in Europe and when time came for us to get a band both sets of parents flipped out when we mentioned we'd like an "American" band so we're not getting them =/

    Skyline Drive Orchestra. Honestly No one was sitting at my wedding, the dance floor was packed the whole night.  I wanted to take pictures will all my tables but couldn't because no one was ever sitting down.

    We used Brian Kirk and The Jirks and they were amazing.  Everybody loved them and we made sure they played a few motown and other oldies so there was something for everyone.  My MH plays trumpet and Brian had him join the band for a few songs.  The place went wild!

    We are using Time Machine - heard them at a bridal showcase and booked them the next day.

    Soul Revival!!!  They are awesome!  I got their name from the NYC board and went to the showcase and loved them.  We booked them immediately.  www.soulrevivalband.com
