NC Battleship Wedding-Reception ideas?

I was leaning more towards a beach wedding at first.  But, now we are leaning towards the Battleship.  Yes, you can get married on the battleship!!!!  I was wondering where are some good places for a reception in Downtown Wilmington that are affordable and will hold up to 130 people??

    THe River Room is nice, I think it may be a little small for 130 though.  You can have a reception on the Battleship grounds, it is really nice.  It is right across from downtown so you can see everything, and there is a ton of room.

    Yeah, I am seriously considering that.  I just kind of wanted somewhere that could be used as our "rainy day back-up", you know?  Thanks for your post!!

    USO Building on corner of 2nd and Orange.  We are having our wedding there.  There is also Balcony on Dock, there is a new venue on 4th st.  I am forgetting the name of it right now.

    What day is your wedding? How many people?  I am doing my reception in The Upper Room on 5th Ave :)

    I went to a party on the deck of the battleship last summer--new NCSU Chancellor was having a reception.  Very cool venue, but it was really windy that day in June, so make sure you watch out for your hair!!
