It's beyond exciting. Now at least I won't hear people say "oh well you still have a long way to go" when I tell them when I'm getting married lol

congrats its going to fly by.  I got engaged last august and felt like it would never get here.  Now I am down to almost 10 months out! 

And your ticker will start to move soon too

We got engaged in November of last year and time has already flown by. They say that once you're within the year, it really starts to fly by.

my FI says the same thing. lol  He used to say it just because I love doing anything wedding related, but now he says it because he discovered how expensive wedding related things are and thinks we can make a ton of money!. lol

I hit the year mark in August and since then, I feel the days have sped up beyond my control and I feel there is so much to do and not enough time for it all lol. And it's so crazy because we spend all this time and money (esp the money lol) and then as fast as it takes to get here, it's gone already, but it is definitely worth it all
