Does anyone know a Catholic Preist that will marry outside of the church??

No Catholic priest can marry you outside of the church. It's against Vatican Law.

There was a post about this last week I think.

There are several retired priests and priests who have left the Catholic church that do Catholic ceremonies outside of a church. 

We used Fr. George Lucey (that's him in my siggy).  This was a great resource too:

HobokenBride is right... our marriage is not recognized by the Roman Catholic Church.

I had a friend where the priest marred them outside of the church b/c he got permission from the Bishop.  (I'm not catholic do I don't really get all of this stuff)  I am doing this for my fiance.

All think stuff make me nuts!! lol

I tried this - could not find one so I used a lovely Methodist Minister and then we will have a validation ceremony in our Catholic Church - totally legit!

We're getting married outside the church and will have a blessing ceremony at my church at some other point - it counts as the same thing
