I used gofestive.com formerly festivefotobooths.com. It was about 1300 I think for 4 hours, unlimited prints at the event, and a cd of the photos. We also had to pay for the drive time since it was over 75 miles for them to come up from PA. But they were awesome.

I used Masters of Fun, and for four hours (plus a scrapbook, an attendant and a CD of all the photos) it was about $1200.

I booked the week before the wedding so I negotiated them down a bit.

We're getting ours for $500 but we're spending a fortune on our photographer so he hooked us up (he has the photobooth as well so he was willing to negotiate).

I loved having a photoboth at my wedding! It was $900 and it was a real booth like on a boardwalk. The guests got a stip of pictures and we got a copy strip also.

You could also do a DIY photo booth and get someone to take the pictures (I'm thinking about doing this with a friend's little sister) on a polaroid...I am thinking about this, setting up a couch and a little chalkboard and people can write us their 'guestbook' message. Sounds cheesy but aren't all photo booths supposed to be? :)

I think 800-1000 is typical in our area, but like so many things, you can probably pay as much or as little as you want.
