Good Morning!

For those who don't remember me, I was on a long time ago (not that long, maybe a year or so). I'm a reg on another board which is why I'm not on here much, but I figured I'd check in with you guys.

My wedding is on it's way. I have the location and I'll be booking it in the next month or so. It's this wonderful place out in the middle of nowhere that I fell totally in love with. My mom decided to help us financially which took a lot of strain off, though we're still on a pretty tight budget thanks to needing a new car.

I wanted the Rumbling Bald resort out in Lake Lure but since Mom's paying for a good chunk of the wedding she gets her say. I'm not going to argue, the place is awesome, though definitely more work.

So how are you guys? Happy new year! I dunno about you guys but NYE is one of my favorite holidays. This will be a good year.

    I don't believe that I was here when you were a reg. but thats awesome that your mom has decided to help you out.  :)

    I'll say that we've lost a few of the other regs. due to the new format of the site. :( but there are still a good handful around.

    That's what happened with me/our board. We've been hanging out on thenest, which is weird.

    If you didn't know, you can get rid of the video. Go to the bottom half of the screen, right click, put your cursor on "this frame" and then click "show this frame only"

    It will get rid of the TV. You probably knew that, but if you didn't:)

    Still, I could do without the constant error messages.

    Good Morning! I wasn't a reg on here either but its nice to meet you. I try to come here often now, but yes the error messages are frustrating. 

    Where are you booking your wedding and when is it?  I think this year will be a good year too :)

    I took a break from wedding planning, but now with 7 months to go, its time to get back to it.

    It's at a chapel in the mountains, not really your traditional place, but I'm excited. I tried to post pictures but they came out as weird links so I deleted them. BOO

    I have 9 months of planning to go. I've got plenty of time, which is good
